Cut the potatoes into thin slices as shown.
Also cut the tomato, garlic, tomato and chillies into thin slices.
Put the sliced potatoes, tomato, onion, sliced garlic and water in the pot. Also, pour some amount of oil in it.
Turn on the flame and place above stated mixture on the stove.
Cover the pot and boil it on medium flame.
At last, when the curry is almost cooked add sections of green chilli, slices of cheese and salt.
Cook for 2-3 mins., stir gently throughout, check the salt as per your taste.
Garnish it with Coriander leaves and your Kewa Datsi is ready.
