4-5tbspCheese, grated (a combination of American cheese and Farmer cheese)
Salt to taste
1cupWater to cook
2-3Onion leaves (optional)
2-3Garlic leaves (optional)
Add the sliced onion, tomato, garlic, chillies, oil, salt and water in the pan. Cover the pan with the lid and cook it for 3-4 mins with the high flame.
Turn off the flame and add the cheese and let it melt in the residual heat.
Stir it thoroughly and your Ema datsi is ready.
