Salt to taste
Cheese (a combination of Amul cheese and farmer cheese)
Wash the mushroom, chillies, tomato, onion and garlic gently.
Cut the mushroom, tomato, chilli, onion and garlic into the section as shown.
Put the sliced mushroom, onion, tomato, green chilli, garlic, salt, oil, water in a pot and cover the lid and keep it on high flame.
Boil it for 4-5 mins and add cheese.
Cook until your cheese get melt. Usually, it takes 2-3 mins to melt the cheese.
Stir thoroughly and turn off the flame.
Garnish your mushroom datshi with coriander leaves.
Serve it with Rice and you're ready to eat.
Don't add excessive water while making the dish as mushroom already contains some amount of water.
