Veg Sausage Recipe is all we’ll be going through in this article.

Have you ever heard or wondered of the existence of VEG SAUSAGES? Well if don’t then this article is for you in which we will learn how to make veggie sausage without machine recipe or in other word you can call it Bhutanese Juma recipe.

Hmm, it is tricky, right?

This is because whenever we think or hear about sausages,

The first thing that pops up in our mind is it’s an animal intestine filled with some Non-Veg stuff and we put a full stop right there and never think about possibilities of Veg Sausage right!

However, some innovative people have thought about it and implemented, are now available in every grocery shop, bar, even in some hotel for selling especially in our country Bhutan and they are very prominent here.

We call it Veg-Juma, Juma meaning intestine (animal intestine)!!! But don’t worry we are not going to use animal intestine instead we are going to make one. Confused??? Continue reading ahead…

VEG-JUMA is made from dough formed by all-purpose flour and seasoned with garlic, black pepper, red chilli powder and salt as main seasonings.

Also, apart from Veg Juma we have non-veg Juma as well but I have no idea how Non-veg sausages tastes, I haven’t eaten them since my childhood.

I have Veg-Sausages recipe on my YouTube channel, I’ve also embedded the same in this article, please feel free to learn the recipe.

It’s worth watching. Hehe…

Also if you want to print the recipe, you can scroll down to the end and find the printable format.

Eventually, I can say it must be tasting good since its quite well known to all.

I highly recommend you to try this recipe of Veg sausage. They taste so good and their textures are way too better than Non-veg sausages.

It is hard to keep your hands away from it once you put them into your mouth.

Its crispy texture, the mixture of a little bit of garlic, black pepper, chilli and a touch of MSG will give you mind-blowing taste.

Also, Veg-Sausages are way too easier to prepare to compare to Non-veg sausages.

In my recipe, I might have used too much black pepper, chilli powder and garlic. This is because I enjoy the strong taste of it.

If you are someone who cannot resist much of peppery taste, then make sure to put less of chilli powder

Also, less of black pepper in the first place.

So, before jumping to the recipe I want to thank the person who has intentioned this food.

I have no idea at all, from where it originated or who have invented this food but whoever had come up with food, I thank you with my whole heart for such an exquisite cuisine and making this as a food option for Vegetarians.
